Is Kevin Garnett an Asshole on the basketball court? Your god dam right he is. I think its great that his attitude is rubbing off on the rest of the team. Thats how I love my Boston Athletes. I want them frothing at the mouth dropping F-Bombs in the opposing teams faces and not taking any shit from anyone. Obviously Frye and Garnett have some history. (Prob Casue Garnett was undercutting him and also gave him a sack tap last time these 2 teams played.) So with the game in hand last night the Phoenix bench starts to mouth off after Garnett Stares down Frye. The C's respond in the closing seconds with Garnett verbally firing right back and staring at the bench and it finished with Rondo firing off a 3 in the closing seconds of a game that was well in hand. Jared Dudley had every right to foul the shit out of Rondo because shooting the ball at in that moment was bush league. Fuck em though, your teams gonna talk shit then our team is going to fire off 3's right in front of your bench with a 12 point lead at the buzzer.
Without no Perk and reoccurring injures to other big man, the Celtics are going to need to have their bite match their bark to go deep in the playoffs. Chances are they will be playing with a smaller lineup than most teams and intensity from the C's is going to be a major factor. If last night is any evidence, Celtics fans have nothing to worry about.
